Low-carb tartar sauce recipe

Tartar sauce is great stuff.

Play with the spices for different flavors choices. Adding spicy peppers may give this recipe a little extra dip zip!

This recipe is induction friendly and gluten-free.

Tartar Sauce

1 cup mayonnaise
2 cloves garlic
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1 small dill pickle
1/4 cup chopped onion

Mix in a blender and keep cold.

Makes a cup of Tartar Sauce, or 15 Tbsp. Each servings is 2 Tbsp, or roughly 1/7 of the recipe.
